1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

• Returns are accepted for defective items and non-defective such as if there has been an error from our side, such as receiving a wrong product, wrong size, incorrect item, or missing item(s).
• Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all tags, packaging, and accessories

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and images of the damaged or incorrectly delivered item
3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

3. Refunds

• If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• If you paid via COD, you'll be asked to share bank details for the refund transfer

4. Return Shipping Charges

• If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, Decor Diary will bear the return shipping cost.
• If the return or exchange is requested due to a different size, design, or colour preference, the applicable return shipping charges will be borne by the purchaser. Exchange requests are subject to product availability

5. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, design, or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Custom-made or made-to-order items
• Personalized products
• Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect)
• Products returned without original packaging, original tags, or that show signs of use
