  • Within Kerala: Typically 2–4 Working days

  • Rest of India: Typically 7–10 Working days
    Note: Delivery schedules may vary depending on your location, courier service, and operational factors.
    For products other than ready curtains, the dispatch and delivery timeline may extend up to 7–10 working days

3. Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we process it within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive confirmation once your items are shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s real-time status until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Packaging & Handling
Your items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If you’re ordering multiple items, we may consolidate them where feasible to optimize shipping costs.

6. Customs, Taxes & Duties
For deliveries within India, customs duties aren’t applicable. However, if we ship internationally (upon request), any customs fees or import taxes will be the recipient's responsibility—unless stated otherwise.

7. Returns & Exchanges
