We want you to love every product from Decor Diary. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return and refund process works:
Only unused items can be returned.
Customers must inform us of any issue within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Please share photos or an unboxing video to support damage/defect claims.
Customer bears the return courier charges based on the total weight of the package.
Our courier partners are DTDC or India Post (you may also use any reliable courier service).
Washed or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom-made items are non-exchangeable and cannot be returned.
Products bought during sales, promotions, or exchanges will not be taken back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product,
A refund will be processed within 3–4 working days back to your original payment account via UPI.
Alternatively, you may choose an exchange or replacement (subject to stock availability).
Items must be returned in original packaging with tags, invoice, and accessories intact.
If a product is found to be washed, used, or damaged after use, it will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
