1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
• Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.
• Eligible non-defective products, including change-of-mind purchases and products returned due to size, design, or colour preferences, are also accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions stated in this policy.
• All returned products are subject to inspection to verify that they meet the eligibility requirements.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product where applicable.
3. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank details to receive the refund.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

4. Return Shipping Charges

• For products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, Decor Diary will bear the return shipping charges.
• For non-defective products returned or exchanged due to size, design, or colour preferences, the customer will be responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.
• Our customer support team will communicate the return shipping arrangements when the request is approved.

5. Exchanges

Exchange requests for eligible products must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Exchanges for non-defective products are subject to approval and product availability.

Products must be unused and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products.
• Personalised products.
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without their original tags, packaging, or accessories.

Sale and clearance items: Products purchased during sale or clearance events are eligible for return under the same conditions as other products. Eligible returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, and the product must meet the return conditions stated in this policy. Sale or clearance status alone does not make a product ineligible for return.
