Products must be unused and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered:

• Personalised products.
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without their original tags, packaging, or accessories.

Sale and clearance items: Products purchased during sale or clearance events are eligible for return under the same conditions as other products.
